Hope on Hyde Park

Hope on Hyde Park Apartments, an AIAOC Design Honor Award winner for Affordable Community, is a planned 98-unit apartment complex located in the City of Los Angeles, California. It will be a 4 story over podium, Type IIB construction steel modular built.  The units will all be reserved to serve the chronically homeless in Los Angeles. Plans are complete, and construction is expected to begin by early fall of 2019. Total project costs are estimated at approximately $39 million.
