Hope on Alvarado

Hope on Alvarado Apartments is a planned 84-unit apartment complex located in the Westlake District of the City of Los Angeles, California. It will be a 4 story over podium, Type IIB construction, built as a steel modular system. The units will all be reserved to serve the chronically homeless in Los Angeles. Construction is under way and expected completion by the end of 2019. Total project costs are estimated at over $27 million.
