Abel Court Apartments is a 48-unit apartment complex located in Bowling Green, Kentucky. It was originally constructed in 1971, and consists of all two-bedroom garden-style units. The property has eight (8) two-story buildings, and one (1) one-story admin / maintenance building on a 4.4-acre site. All buildings are Type VB construction (wood-frame). The property has a 20-year, project based HAP contract covering all the units. This property was purchased in February of 2017, and will undergo approximately $1.8 million in renovation.
